Access to interstate public assistance data, exchanges of information with private non-profits and faith-based organizations, and collaboration between Utah state agencies to match public assistance records with other public records such as corrections, juvenile justice, foster care, and public education would significantly enhance future analyses of those experiencing intergenerational poverty in Utah.
